Today's Doomsday for some, and a lovely dream for others. The O's results are out today.our 4/1 seniors have 100% distinction for EM and 95% distinction for AM.....(jaw drops!!)Last yr's batch did a great jop, with about 6.6% going to pre-U and 85% admitting into Jcs.

The Higher Chinese girls got back our results as well. There were more smiles than tears as at least 80% of us got distinctions....Yanyi and I are happy that our hard work has reaped good grades.

There was a dinner specially for the foreign scholars who had arrived in Singapore a few days ago. The Band entertained the guests with 2 songs. But i was sure that they were more disturbed than pleased by the songs.We played horribly. The percussionists were probably too tired to follow the music. The woodwinds were totally out of tune. Later we were provided dinner. Initially, we were told that there would be McDonalds hamburgers for us, but they turned out to be package meals. ( I can't help but to think that the food originated from our school canteen......).....

sigh....missed tuition again...
